    摘要:

    水下航行器的声防护性能一直受到广泛的关注,由动力装置振动产生的辐射噪声严重影响水下航行器整体辐射噪声水平。为准确计算辐射噪声大小,通过振动测试获取水下航行器基座位置的振动加速度级,以基座位置的真实振动加速度作为输入,应用有限元法计算水下航行器的辐射噪声,并与水下航行器辐射噪声实测值进行对比。结果表明,水下航行器辐射噪声的仿真计算值与实测值较接近,仿真计算值与实测值的差距范围为0.2-3.9dB,辐射噪声大小随频率变化规律与实际情况一致。此种方法准确、高效,对于计算水下航行器辐射噪声大小和指导水下航行器减振降噪设计有十分重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    The acoustic protection performance of underwater vehicles has been widely concerned. Under the influence of power plant, vibration acoustic radiation seriously affects the overall radiated noise level of underwater vehicle. The vibration acceleration level of the base position of the underwater vehicle is obtained by vibration test, the actual vibration acceleration of the base position is taken as input excitation, the radiation noise of underwater vehicle is calculated by finite element method, the calculated values are compared with the measured values. The results show that the simulated value of radiated noise of underwater vehicle is close to the measured value, the difference between the calculated value and the measured value ranges from 0.2-3.9dB, the variation of radiation noise with frequency is consistent with the actual situation. This method is accurate and efficient,? it is of great significance to forecast the radiated noise of underwater vehicle and guide the design of vibration and noise reduction for underwater vehicles.
