    摘要:

    猎雷是对抗智能引信水雷的重要方式,但受“战场环境、水雷情况、装备故障和装备运用”等因素的影响,猎雷效率较低。猎雷军士是执掌反水雷装备的第一人,提升猎雷军士的岗位核心胜任力对反水雷作战具有重要意义。本文围绕院校培养猎雷军士的现实需求,首先阐述了猎雷军士的岗位核心胜任力,并从特殊环境、潜在对手、装备特殊性能和特殊故障几个方面对猎雷特情进行了分析,在此基础上提出了基于模拟仿真技术加实际水域猎雷的特情复现训练方法。

    Abstract:

    Mine hunting is an important way to combat intelligent fuze mines, but its efficiency is low due to factors such as battlefield environment, mine conditions, equipment failures, and equipment utilization. Minesweeper is the first person in charge of anti mine equipment, and enhancing the core competency of minesweeper positions is of great significance for anti mine operations. This article focuses on the practical needs of training mine hunting soldiers in colleges and universities. Firstly, the core competency of mine hunting soldiers is elaborated, and the special situation of mine hunting is analyzed from several aspects such as special environment, potential opponents, special equipment performance, and special faults. Based on this, a training method based on simulation technology and actual water area mine hunting is proposed to reproduce the special situation.
