Abstract:The satellite communication navigation and positioning is an indispensable part of the modern marine environment stereo observation and detection platform. Based on the characteristics of BDS-3 satellite global navigation and communication fusion technology, combined with the background of the whole region marine environment exploration task, this paper takes double perspectives of the national marine strategy development and the engineering integration reality, and studies the functions, performance characteristics of BDS-3 and its application requirements in the field of marine environment stereo observation and detection. Basing the terminal, this paper discusses the exploration and realization of BDS-3 integrated navigation and communication module, and the embedded and modular integration plan of the marine environment observation and detection.
