    摘要:

    水下设备的设计过程中往往需要根据不同的水深执行相应的动作或参与不同的运算处理,本文提出一种深度传感器的设计和微分式标定方法,采用新华龙24位高精度模数混合处理器作为信号处理单元,对压力应变片的模拟量进行采集标定和变送,最终输出结果以数字信号传输。本文详细介绍了该数字式深度传感器的设计原理和标定方法。通过与以往该类别传感器实验对比以及在实际使用中充分验证以及体现了该传感器精度高和抗干扰能力强的特点,且具有工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In the design process of floating equipment, it is often necessary to perform corresponding actions or participate in different operations according to different depths. In this paper, a design and differential calibration method of depth sensor is proposed. Xinhualong 24-bit high-precision modular/digital hybrid processor is used as the signal processing unit to collect, calibrate and transmit the analog quantity of pressure and strain gauge, and the final output result is transmitted by digital signal. This paper introduces the design principle and calibration method of the digital depth sensor in detail. By comparing with previous experiments of the kind of sensor and using it in practice, the characteristics of high precision and strong anti-interference ability of this sensor are fully verified, and it has engineering application value.
