Abstract:In the design process of floating equipment, it is often necessary to perform corresponding actions or participate in different operations according to different depths. In this paper, a design and differential calibration method of depth sensor is proposed. Xinhualong 24-bit high-precision modular/digital hybrid processor is used as the signal processing unit to collect, calibrate and transmit the analog quantity of pressure and strain gauge, and the final output result is transmitted by digital signal. This paper introduces the design principle and calibration method of the digital depth sensor in detail. By comparing with previous experiments of the kind of sensor and using it in practice, the characteristics of high precision and strong anti-interference ability of this sensor are fully verified, and it has engineering application value.
