In the design process of underwater equipment,it is often necessary to perform corresponding actions or participate in different operations according to different depths. In this paper,a design and differential calibration method of digital depth sensor is proposed. Silicon Labs 24-bit high-precision analog digital mixed processor is used as the signal processing unit to collect,calibrate and transmit the analog quantity of pressure strain gauge,and the final output is transmitted as a digital signal. The design principle and calibration method of the digital depth sensor is introduced in detail in this paper. Compared with previous experiments of this kind of sensor, and fully verified in actual use,the sensor is characterized with high precision and strong anti-interference ability, and it has engineering application value.
