    摘要:

    火箭发动机通过水下点火工作,使得水下航行体更具综合性能优势和灵活使用能力。对于大型发动机水下点火问题,直接开展试验的资金较大,周期较长,采用缩比试验技术是研究其性能变化规律的有效工具。本文通过分析火箭发动机水下点火过程,通过控制方程和缩比准则,得到火箭发动机水下点火缩比相似律及主要参数的相似关系,为发动机水下点火的缩比技术的开展提供的理论支撑。并在此基础上,开展某型发动机水下点火缩比试验,得到发动机在水下不同水深的推力特性。

    Abstract:

    Through the technology of rocket engine working underwater, underwater-launch vehicles could get more comprehensive performance advantages and flexible use capability. For underwater ignition of the large rocket engines, direct experimental test requires large funds and long cycle. Scale test technology is an effective means to study the performance laws. This paper analyzed the underwater working process of rocket engine, through studying control equations and scaling criterion, the scaling laws and the main parameters similarity relationships of the rocket engine underwater working was obtained, provided theoretical support for the scale test technology. On this basis, the underwater working scale test was carried out. Thrust characteristics of engine was obtained under different water depths.
