    目前海洋应急通信主要关注海面部分,较少涉及水下部分,不能满足水下应急需求。为此,对水下应急通信进行探讨。首先,分析了可能的多种应用场景,讨论了基本的需求和性能指标。其次,从网络拓扑、工作机制和节点类型几方面探讨了系统的体系结构。然后,对关键技术进行了阐述,包括:节点多模通信及功能一体化、网络快速机动部署、网络模式快速切换、水上水下联合一体化等。最后,介绍了智能化可以采用的机器学习和元学习方法,探讨了水下应急通信智能化的思路。

    Abstract:

    At present, the marine emergency communication mainly focuses on the surface part, less on the underwater part, which cannot meet the underwater emergency needs. Therefore, the underwater emergency communication is discussed. Firstly, the possible application scenarios are analyzed, and the basic requirements and performance measurements are given. Secondly, the architecture of the system is discussed from the aspects of network topology, working mechanism and node types. Then, the key technologies are described, including multi-mode communication and function integration of nodes, rapid mobile deployment of network, rapid switching of network modes, and joint integration of underwater and sea surface. Finally, the paper introduces the machine learning and meta learning methods that can be used in intelligence, and discusses the ideas of intelligent underwater emergency communication.
