    摘要:

    针对改进型前盖开闭装置液压回路的特点,用 T–S 模糊故障树方法对其进行故障分析,通过各部件故障概率或故障程度模糊可能性计算出整个装置的故障程度与出现故障的模糊可能性,对改进型前盖开闭装置液压回路的安全性、可靠性设计提供依据。T–S 模糊故障树分析法在分析过程中不需要精确的底事件的故障概率和大量历史数据,较传统故障树分析法有一定优势,能找出系统的薄弱环节,在装备可靠性设计中具有一定的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Acording to the characteristics of the hydraulic circuit of the improved front cover opening and closing device,the T-S fuzzy fault tree is used to analyze its fault. Through the fuzzy possibility of failure probability or failure degree of each component,the fuzzy possibility of fault and the fault degree of the whole device are calculated,which provides a basis for the safety and reliability design of the hydraulic circuit of the improved front cover opening and closing device. The T-S fuzzy fault tree analysis method doesn't need accurate fault probability of bottom events and a large amount of historical data in the analysis process,which has certain advantages over the traditional fault tree analysis method. It can find the weak links of the system and has a certain application prospect in reliability design of equipment.
