为了研究某型战斗部跌落的安全性,采用 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件对战斗部 5 m 高度多角度跌落过程进行数值模拟分析,得到不同条件下战斗部跌落的结构变形和装药响应,并结合跌落试验进行验证。 结果表明:相同高度,头部向下倾斜 15°跌落时装药压力最大,为危险角度,通过点火增长模型计算得出未反应物密度增加 0.73%,小于起爆阈值 1%,不会发生点火反应,与战斗部跌落试验结果一致,验证了数值分析的正确性。研究结论为战斗部的设计及跌落试验实施提供参考。
Abstract:
To study the drop safety problem of a certain type of warhead,the numerical simulation and analysis for the multi-angle drop process at the drop height of 5m of warhead were carried out by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the structural deformation and charge response of the warhead in different conditions were obtained,and then the verification for drop test of real warhead was conducted. The results show that the charge pressure reaches maximum at the same drop height when the head is tilted down 15°,and hence it is the dangerous angle. The increase of unreacted density calculated by ignition and growth model is 0.73%,which is less than the 1% ignition threshold,and the ignition reaction does not happen,which conforms to the result of real warhead drop test. Therefore,the rationality of the calculation method is verified. The research conclusion provides reference for the design of warhead and conduction of drop test
