To study the drop safety problem of a certain type of warhead,the numerical simulation and analysis for the multi-angle drop process at the drop height of 5m of warhead were carried out by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the structural deformation and charge response of the warhead in different conditions were obtained,and then the verification for drop test of real warhead was conducted. The results show that the charge pressure reaches maximum at the same drop height when the head is tilted down 15°,and hence it is the dangerous angle. The increase of unreacted density calculated by ignition and growth model is 0.73%,which is less than the 1% ignition threshold,and the ignition reaction does not happen,which conforms to the result of real warhead drop test.
