Based on the concept of mosaic warfare,a grouped hierarchical small unmanned surface vehicle (USV)cluster control structure is constructed,which has the advantages of good flexibility,low communication burden and high robustness. On this basis,three combat styles applied to the characteristics of small USV cluster, such as coordinated air defense and anti-missile combat,pre-landing battlefield concealed reconnaissance,and maritime rights protection with self-defense counterattack are proposed. The cluster composition,load configuration and basic operation process under different combat styles are planned and the main key technologies involved are analyzed,which provides a certain theoretical reference for the application of small USV cluster combat.
