The distributed combat theory of Mosaic Warfare concept is analyzed,the organization pattern and composing method are referred to construct a human/unmanned decision-making frame based on DFCM,and a human/unmanned decision-making technology with limited intervention is proposed. The proposal combines unmanned self-decision and limited intervention of manned platform,which can dynamically optimize the tactics, make the decision of the unmanned swarm more in line with the present demand,and increase its environmental adaptability. The technology can be applied as a new human/unmanned intelligent decision-making method
