In this paper，the main risks and challenges faced by foreign naval forces represented by the US Navy in the field of anti-submarine warfare are introduced. The concept of man-unmanned teaming for offensive and defensive anti-submarine warfare(ASW) is analyzed. The role of autonomous unmanned systems in future ASW is analyzed. Combined with the virtual scene，the operational effectiveness，acquisition cost and operational cost of manned-unmanned teaming for ASW is analyzed and compared. The future development trend of the application of autonomous unmanned systems in anti-submarine warfare is put forward.
