    为了研究毛发长度和毛发密度对毛发缆减阻性能的影响,设计并进行了水池试验。通过研究6种不同毛发长度、不同毛发密度拖缆的阻力系数随航速的变化,找到减阻效果最优的缆型,得到最佳缆型的减阻率。结果显示:在相同的迎流角下,圆缆的阻力系数在1~1.1左右,毛发缆的阻力系数随速度变化不明显;在毛发长度为9~11倍拖缆直径、毛发密度为60根/m时,毛发缆的减阻效果最优,减阻率可达20%。验证了毛发缆具有很好的减阻性能,为大深度拖曳系统的缆型设计提供了参考依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influences of hair length and hair density on drag reduction performance of hair cable,a tank test was designed and carried out. By studying the drag coefficients of 6 types of hairs with different length and density varying with speed,this paper has found out the cable type with the optimal drag-reduction effect,and obtained the reduction rate of the optimal cable type. It is proved that under the same angle of attack flow,the drag coefficient of normal cable is about 1 to 1.1,and the drag coefficient of hair cable does not change significantly with speed;when the hair length is 9 to 1.1 times that of cable diameter and hair density is 60/m,the drag reduction effect is the best,and the drag reduction rate could reach 20%. It’s verified that hair cable has good drag reduction performance,which provides a theoretical basis for designing the cable type of large-depth towed systems.
