Through the analysis of the increasing efforts by the strong enemies to prevent and contain our forces，and the rapid development of underwater equipment technology toward informatization and intellectualization， this paper puts forward the great significance and rare opportunity for China to construct a deep-sea underwater combat capability based on underwater preset systems to fundamentally reverse our maritime strategic security situation and effectively resist the strong enemies in the deep sea area. On this basis，the main combat tasks，basic composition and capability advantages of the deep-sea underwater combat system based on underwater preset systems are further analyzed. The typical scenario is the implementation of resisting the strong enemy operations inside and outside the second island chain in large-scale military operations in the East China Sea direction，and the basic deployment and overall application of the main forces in the system are preliminarily explored. It also puts forward some suggestions for the future system construction at last.
