The underwater preset weapon is a new type of underwater weapon which can load missiles，UAVs， AUVs，etc. The weapon lurks underwater in peacetime and can be activated immediately during wartime to perform reconnaissance，strikes，and raids on specified targets. In order to fight against this type of weapon，China should develop the anti-preset weapon system as soon as possible. Aiming at the operational requirements of anti-preset weapon system，this paper proposes surveillance system，detection system and disposal system，expounds the weapon equipment and key technologies that need to be developed in the future according to the development needs of each system，and puts forward the concrete ideas for the development of anti-preset weapon system for China from three levels of system，equipment and technology.
