    摘要:

    基于RANS方程的求解方法,对PPTC大侧斜螺旋桨的敞水和空化性能进行数值计算。采用不同的两方程湍流模型对PPTC螺旋桨进行敞水计算,计算的结果与SVA公开发表的试验结果十分吻合。选取表现相对较好的RNG k-ε湍流模型做了网格无关性验证的计算。依据SVA公布的空泡试验结果,选取其中一个的典型空化状态进行数值模拟(J=1.019,=2.024),计算结果表明在叶片上出现了与试验结果基本吻合的片状空泡,将计算结果与其它相关数值模拟结果进行比较分析。

    Abstract:

    Based on the solving method of RANS equation,the numerical calculation of the open-water and cavitation performance of PPTC highly skewed propeller is carried out in this paper. The open-water calculation of PPTC propeller is made by two different equations,and the calculation results agree well with the test results published by the SVA. Then selecting the RNG k-ε turbulence model with relative better performance for the grid independent verification calculation. According to the cavitation test results published by the SVA,a typical cavitation state is selected to simulate(J=1.019,=2.024),and the calculation results show that a steady sheet cavitation can be observed at the blade,which basically conforms to the experimental observations. Then the calculation results are analyzed and compared with other relative data.
