The development of high performance ships is closely relate to the developing progress of MCM industry. Applications of various domestic and foreign high-performance ships in MCM industry are introduced in details. The reason why various high-performance ships are widely used in MCM industry is explained by analyzing their shapes and structures. Comparing the characteristics of main MCM platforms such as aerial platforms，surface platforms and underwater platforms，combing with the trend of complex development of high-performance ships at present，this paper points out that the trans-media application of high-performance ships in MCM industry will be an important direction in the future.
