Discussion for Design of Steel Ball Separation Mechanism

摘要:

介绍了 2 类钢球式分离机构常见结构，通过对多级钢球受力分析，研讨了在钢球接触点形成的不同受力方向以及不同接触摩擦系数下,分离机构动作所需控制力大小，提出了此类设计需注意事项。

Abstract:

Two kinds of steel-ball type Separation Mechanism are introduced. Through analyzing the stress of multi-level steel balls，this paper discusses the magnitude of control force required for the action of the separation mechanism under different force directions and contact friction coefficients formed at contact point of steel ball，and puts forward items that should be noticed in the design.
