Abstract:

To solve the practical difficulties faced by underwater operations, we should make efforts to strengthen the abili- ties of underwater attack, underwater defense and underwater combat support. We should make a good top-level design, strengthen organizational leadership, speed up technological research and intensify training, to ensure steady improvements of underwater war- fare capabilities.
