Abstract:The design of the packing box for underwater weapons is developing in the direction of light weight, simplicity ,multi-function and generality. In this paper, the structure optimization design of packing box under various working conditions andwith the GFRP thin-walled structure and steel frame composite structure is calculated based on ANSYS. Combining with the two bigpeaks and three small peaks silicone rubber seals, the large end face sealing is realized, which meets the function and performancerequirements of large composite structure packing box. This method can be used as a general reference method for the design ofGFRP and steel frame composite structure.
