采用 SWOT 分析法，制定 SWOT 分析态势图，列举布雷作战内部外部影响因素，建立布雷作战综合分析数据库，依据作战环境进行综合分析，显示影响因素分析结果，专家组会商制定影响因素分析结论。 作战机关根据总体作战任务要求和专家组分析结论，会商制定布雷作战对策。 探讨一种基于 SWOT 分析的布雷作战对策分析方法。

Abstract:

This paper uses SWOT analytical method， makes SWOT analysis situation diagram， enumerates internal and external minelaying operation factors， establishes minelaying operation comprehensive analysis database， makes comprehensive analysis according to operational environment， and displays analysis results of influence factors． The expert group decides analysis conclusion of influence factors through holding the consultation． Combat organ decides minelaying operation countermeasures through holding the consultation according to requirement of general operational mission and analysis conclusion of expert group． Analysis method for minelaying operation countermeasure based on SWOT is discussed．
