摘要:

智能水雷的作战能力评估是牵引水雷装备发展的重要手段。 在分析智能水雷基本特征的基础上，提出了较为全面的评估指标体系，建立了综合指数法模型，包括指数模型和加权和模型，基于层次分析法，完成了指标体系的权重计算。 案例分析表明：该方法具有快速、易实现等优点，计算结果能为智能水雷的发展论证、方案优选、性能改进等方面提供量化参考。

Abstract:

Evaluation of intelligent mine combat capability is an important means for the development of mine equipment． On the basis of analyzing basic characteristics of intelligent mine， a comprehensive evaluation index system is put forward， and the comprehensive index method model is built， which includes index model and weight sum model． Based on the AHP， the weight calculation of the index system is completed． The case analysis shows that the method has advantages of fast speed， easy implementation， etc． The calculation results can provide quantitative reference for the development demonstration， case optimization， and performance improvement of intelligent mine．
