Overview on Development of Marine Environment Monitoring Equipment and Technologies

摘要:

概述了我国十八大以来国家海洋战略要求，以海洋监测技术基础学科的属性，阐述了自主发展海洋监测装备的重要性；通过介绍海洋环境监测的基本内涵、海洋环境监测技术类别、装备体系及国内外发展现状，分析未来服务于国家海洋强国战略的需求及发展趋势，提出了我国装备技术发展建议。

Abstract:

A brief introduction is made about the requirements of national marinetime strategy since the 18th National Con? gress of CPC． The importance of autonomous development is expounded from the attributes of basic subjects of marine environment monitoring technology． Based on introductions of basic connotations， technological categories， equipment system and status quo at home and abroad regarding marine environment monitoring， an analysis is made upon future requirements of serving the strategy of building a powerful marinetime country and development trend， and finally， a proposal is brought forward for the development of e? quipment and technology．
